Permitted use
You may use Sidekick Mark for:
- ✓Analyzing and optimizing your own website
- ✓Generating content for your own marketing
- ✓Tracking your competitors for business insights
- ✓Measuring your marketing performance
- ✓Using our API within the rate limits of your plan
Prohibited use
The following is not allowed:
- ✗Using the Service for illegal activities
- ✗Collecting personal data without consent
- ✗Generating misleading, harmful, or hateful content
- ✗Violating the intellectual property rights of others
- ✗Sending spam or unwanted communications
- ✗Attempting to bypass security measures
- ✗Overloading our systems through excessive use
Content guidelines
When generating content:
- Always review AI-generated content before publishing
- Do not use content that infringes copyrights
- Avoid misleading claims or fake news
- Follow the guidelines of platforms where you publish
- Respect the privacy of others in your content
API usage
Additional rules apply for API usage:
- Respect the rate limits of your subscription
- Do not use your API key for multiple applications without informing us
- Do not share your API key with third parties
- Implement adequate security in your integrations
- Report vulnerabilities through our security program
Enforcement
In case of violation of this policy, we may:
- Send a warning
- Temporarily suspend your account
- Restrict certain features
- Permanently terminate your account
- Take legal action if necessary
The severity of the measure depends on the nature and frequency of the violation.
